Jennie has appeared in one of MBC's documentary programs. When she was 10 years old, Jennie appeared in the English program, Must Change to Survive. Jennie studied in New Zealand when she was little. jennie studied at ACG Parnell College and lived with a native New Zealand family.
In the program, it seems that Jennie has sweet memories in New Zealand. Her friends said that Jennie taught them Korean games and phrases.
"Jennie taught us a lot about Korea, she was also very kind and fun," said one of her friends.
As for Jennie, her friends make her confident in using English. "First of all, they gave me notes, and now I feel more comfortable using English than before," Jennie said.
